Recently, when we were looking for alternative products for plastic straws, we found a good material, bagasse. We know that sugarcane is eaten as food, usually by squeezing juice, then the remaining residue is discarded, but bagasse can be processed and made into fiber. It can be processed into straws by means of thermoplastics, not only the secondary use of bagasse, but also a good material that can be degraded.
The bagasse suction cup can be made into a grainy appearance, or it can be made into a smoother. It smells a little sweet and can be degraded and composted. The natural degradation time is about 12 months.
